    Transfers: Where you are or any member of your party is prevented from travelling for any reason (including death, illness or jury service) we will transfer your booking to any other person satisfying all the requirements relating to your holiday notified to us by you in writing a reasonable time prior to your due date of departure.

    Other changes: If you wish to make any other change to your booking at any time (itineraries, hotels, fligh tickets, etc.) after our booking confirmation has been issued, we will try but cannot promise to meet your request. On some occasions, if members of a group booking withdraw, there are fixed costs which mean the remaining travelling party must pay more per person. We require your authority in writing before we can make any change. In the event that any change is requested in relation to a group booking we require the authority in writing of the lead name before we can make the change.

    Treatment of changes by our suppliers: Many of our suppliers, particularly airlines do not permit us to change names or travel dates and impose full or partial charges. We will pass these on to you where applicable. All expenses incurred by Asia Senses Travel™ in alteration of the booking are to be paid by customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels if any.

    You must be comprehensively insured as a condition of travelling with Asia Senses Travel™. Insurance should include cover for personal accident and medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation, baggage loss, and cancellation or curtailment of your holiday. Your booking will not be confirmed if you cannot confirm possession of appropriate insurance, and our ground operations have the right to prevent you from travelling in the event that you cannot present your insurance details at the start of the tour.We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Asia Senses Travel™ is not applicable where only hotel or indochinaprivatetours flight booking are purchased through Asia Senses Travel™.

    Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Asia Senses Travel™ has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Asia Senses Travel™ will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

    You can contact Asia Senses Travel™ via the web form from Asia Senses Travel™, email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Asia Senses Travel™ in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact Asia Senses Travel™ customer service center at info@asiasenses.com or info@bhutansenses.com or phone at (+84) 462-732-655 or hotline (+84) 977-343-986 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry in accordance with the terms of our Terms and Conditions.

    Asia Senses Travel™ provides tour information and indochinaprivatetours tour bookings. Asia Senses Travel™ publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators. Asia Senses Travel™ will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers.We shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Asia Senses Travel™.We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Asia Senses Travel™’s control. Neither Asia Senses Travel™ nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.We is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations. We is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

     

    Asia Senses Travel™ reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Asia Senses Travel™ has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Asia Senses Travel™ is liable for a full refund of the money received from the client.

     

    Many of Asia Senses Travel™ tour packages include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Asia Senses Travel™, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after it said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

     

    Asia Senses Travel™ reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.

    Asia Senses Travel™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.

    Deposit: A deposit of 20% of total value by credit card is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once deposit of your booking has been made, it is agreed that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

    Remained balance: The remained balance of the tour value (80%) will be paid on arrival.

    In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:
    + To confirm the booking with us, a 20% deposit is required. If you cancel the tour > 45 days, 10% will be refundable.+ 45 to 20 days before trip commencement: 30% of the total trip cost+ From 20 to 15 days before trip commencement: 50% of the total trip cost

    + 15 days before the commencement of the journey or no show: 100% of the total trip cost Your satisfaction is our first priority. If there’s a problem with your booking, please contact us and state your reasons for the refund request and we will try our best to assist you.

    + More than 45 days prior to trip departure: 20% Deposit charge.+ 45 – 30 days before arrival: 25% charge.+29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% charge.

    + 14 – 7 days before arrival: 75% charge.

    + Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% charge.

    In case you travel by shuttle bus, we will fix and confirm the time with you through email or phone call and you must be ready at that time. If you are late, shuttle bus will NOT wait for you and you must be responsible for your lateness. We will discuss and figure out the best solution for you. In case you change the hotel, you must inform us as soon as possible and we can change the place of picking you up. If you DO NOT inform us the change, you must be responsible for this.
